We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel within a 48 hour window with no charge. A 24 hour cancellation will result in a 30% cancellation fee. If no notice is given and appointment is missed, 100% of the appointment will be charged. For those that cancel within 24 hours on multiple occasions an upfront payment will be required for all future bookings. Refunds will not be provided for those missed appointments. Our cancellation policy maintains a firm stance, yet we recognized extenuating circumstances. Clients facing family emergencies, illness, significant distress, especially our loyal patrons, can discuss any concerns with their provider.
